How far in advance should I book my cruise?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 months in advance for popular sailing dates, especially during summer and holiday periods. Our themed cruises often sell out quickly, particularly family-friendly voyages during school breaks. However, we sometimes have last-minute availability, so it's always worth checking with our team!
Can I make special arrangements for a celebration?
Absolutely! We love helping our passengers celebrate special occasions. From birthday surprises to anniversary packages and even pirate-themed weddings, our crew can arrange custom experiences. Please contact us at least 30 days before your sailing date to discuss your specific needs.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 10 or more passengers. Additionally, groups of 20+ may qualify for extra amenities such as onboard credit or exclusive events. Please contact our group bookings department for a customized quote based on your specific requirements and chosen voyage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund (minus a small administrative fee) if cancelled more than 90 days before departure. Cancellations between 90-60 days receive a 75% refund, 59-30 days receive a 50% refund, and less than 30 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
How can I book shore excursions?
Shore excursions can be booked through your online account after confirming your cruise reservation. We recommend booking excursions at least 30 days before your departure, as popular activities often sell out. Onboard booking is also possible, subject to availability, through our Shore Excursions desk.
